Actor Daniel Baldwin, who is reportedly shooting a film in Toronto, has an arrest warrant on his head. Superior Court Judge Scott Millington issued the warrant on Friday in Los Angeles after the 47-year-old actor failed to appear in court "without sufficient excuse." Baldwin was arrested last year on two misdemeanour drug charges. According to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb), Baldwin is listed as an actor on the movie Grey Gardens, currently in production in Toronto. Baldwin, whose brothers include actors Alec, William and Stephen, has been undergoing treatment in an effort to get the charges dismissed. Police allege the actor was found in April 2006 in a hotel in Santa Monica, Calif., in possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Baldwin, once a regular on the TV series Homicide: Life on the Street, has been battling his drug addiction publicly. He recorded a series of confessional video diaries for U.S. news show Primetime this year. In February, Baldwin's lawyer, Grant Taylor Hoagland, told a judge that his client had passed 20 court-ordered drug tests in addition to completing rehab. Baldwin was then put in a program that required the actor to attend counselling and follow a 12-step program. However, a report submitted Friday by the actor's probation officer revealed Baldwin had missed an appointment two days ago and has passed on several Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
