The 'lucky girl' as thousands of tweenie girls may think so is 16-year old Filipino-American singer, Jasmine Villegas who already appeared on Bieber's 'Baby' music video where they had a kissing scene as well. Jasmine Villegas is also one of the opening acts on Bieber’s My World 2.0 concert tour in North America.

Used to be a mainstay in a TV show in the Philippines (SOP now Party Pilipinas aired on GMA 7), Jasmine Villegas is well-known to Filipino community in the US since she sang the US National Anthem in some bouts of boxing legend, Many Pacquiao.
