Back in the saddle: Leona Lewis enjoyed an afternoon of horse-riding on her horse Goose at a Los Angeles stable
She's fallen off horses more times than she can remember and even ended up on crutches this year after injuring her leg.
But determined Leona Lewis is back on the saddle again as she enjoyed an afternoon of horse-riding.
The 25-year-old singer was in her element as she trotted about on her pet horse Goose at a Los Angeles riding stables.
The London-born star is an avid horse-rider and even has a tattoo of a horseshoe on her left arm.
Leona dismissed a riding accident she had just before New Year's Eve 11 months ago, despite ending up on crutches.
She told the Mail On Sunday's Live magazine: ‘I had a little accident. I was riding a big Swedish Warmblood horse, a jumper, and, I don’t know, I just came off.

'Accidents happen. I’ve come off so many times that it’s not really a big deal to me, but when everybody else hears about it they go, "Oh no!"'
Perhaps the horse-riding session was just what Leona needed to clear her head after her ex-boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa criticised her on Twitter.
He wrote: 'Five months now and I still don't have my things... I've had enough.'
The following day he appeared to be making a pop at her new boyfriend, German dancer Dennis Jauch after the couple were photographed together in Los Angeles.
Time out: With Leona's new boyfriend Dennis Jauch nowhere to be seen, it looked like she only had eyes for her beloved horses
He said: 'Certain European guys have no style and awful dress sense... Hahahahaha!'
Lewis met Jauch when he was a dancer on her Labyrinth tour over the summer. The singer split from Al-Chamaa in June after eight years together.
Former electrician Al-Chamaa also appears to question when she started dating Jauch, writing: 'At least I can say I was faithful.. can you?'
