The boys behind the works at Proenza Schouler have made a deal with Vincini Spa to produce and distribute more exclusive footwear. Vincini Spa, founded by prominent shoe designer Giuseppe Zanotti and his wife currently assist in the footwear production for Zanotti, Roberto Cavalli and Balmain. With Proenza footwear currently made in smaller factories for runway shows and thus, providing very limited distribution however with this new deal, footwear will be able to be sold in the larger department stored and exclusive boutiques internationally. The first collection will comprise of ballet slippers, loafers, lace-up sandals and heels will be in stored this resort season. Hints of the price have been released with shoes ranging from $300 to $3000. I absolutely cannot wait.
